North Ottawa Community Hospital Patient Portal
Our hospital portal provides patients with access to health information online at any time from almost anywhere.
Enrollment is easy. Click on the Login box to the right, and then click on ‘Sign Up’ to complete the self-enrollment process. Alternatively, one of our team members will be happy to enroll you; complete our enrollment form the next time you are at our campus.
On our patient portal you can:

Health Summary
- View a summary of your medical record
- Download the summary to your computer for saving or printing
- Securely send a copy of the summary to your health care provider |

- View Medications that are designated as “home” meds
